EDMONTON — City moms are wheeling kids to soccer practice in style with 22-inch chromerim-clad SUVs, says Fred Bailey, former Edmonton Eskimo turned owner of awest-end luxury tire and rim shop.
Youd be surprised. Everybody wants a nice vehicle. it looks expensive andblingy, Bailey said from his company booth 780 Wheels at the EdmontonMotorshow on Thursday.
Vehicle enthusiasts can check out 27 different car manufacturers showing offtheir newest rides at the Edmonton Expo Centre until Sunday.
The face of car customization, MTVs Pimp my Ride host Xzibit, will meetfans at the motor show on Saturday afternoon.
Bailey said he arranged the hip hop artists visit through his friend, DJJam, hip-hop artist Snoop Doggs DJ.

His own garage is filled with a wealth of chromed-out rides, including a2008 Range Rover HSE Sport, 2009 GMC Denali truck, 2004 Mercedes Benz SL500and a 2008 Mercedes Benz C350.
Hes even put 22-inch rims on a quad to go cruising at Hawrelak Park in thesummer.
Its cool to have a toy you can ride around on.
